When will my order arrive?
Thanks so much for placing an order with us! While the processing and shipping times will depend on the items that you have purchased, please note that we cannot guarantee the timeline that an order will ship or arrive.
Our general processing time for orders is currently 1-4 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can make the adjustments for you!
Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?
If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for items purchased on our site within 90 days of purchase. Shipping fees for domestic returns are completely covered, and all returns can be refunded to the original method of payment or issued through store credit.

Do I need a box spring?
A box spring is not necessary! However if you would like to add one feel free!
WHAT ARE YOUR BED FRAMES MADE OF?
All our products come from Virginia and are made of birch. We use birch because it is strong and stable.
WILL MY MATTRESS SLIDE AROUND?
Your mattress shouldn't slide around once you're laying down on it! However, if you find it does, we recommend using a rug pad between the frame and your mattress.
